These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between Pepsi77 (hereinafter referred to as "Pepsi77", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "Member", "User", "Player", or "you") who registers for and uses the services available at pepsi77.cam.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Pepsi77 platform — including the website at pepsi77.cam, any associated mobile interfaces, live dealer services, sports betting features, slot games, and all other gaming products — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all products and features made available by Pepsi77, including but not limited to online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, live football markets, lottery games, and arcade games.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at pepsi77.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces or subdomains operated by Pepsi77.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which Pepsi77 verifies the identity, age, and address of Members in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible to open and maintain a Pepsi77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not resident in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an Account with Pepsi77 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for any violation of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate personal sources;
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or affiliate of Pepsi77, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained from the Company;
• Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or statute in your jurisdiction of residence.

Pepsi77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information should any detail change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Pepsi77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Pepsi77 uses advanced fingerprinting and behavioural analysis to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Pepsi77 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You agree to notify Pepsi77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Pepsi77 will never request your password through any channel — any communication purportedly from Pepsi77 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.

Pepsi77 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Members: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are denominated and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, BTC) are accepted subject to prevailing exchange rate conversions to MYR at the time of processing.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Pepsi77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply independent charges for which Pepsi77 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within five (5) minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status. Pepsi77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected, which may extend processing times. Members must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit unless an alternative has been expressly approved by our finance team.

Deposits made using payment methods or funds belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Pepsi77 will not process withdrawals to any account not verified as belonging to the registered Member. Any suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant financial authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Pepsi77 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Members aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements (rollover) must be satisfied in full before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page;
• Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met;
• Pepsi77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where evidence of systematic abuse, bonus manipulation, or collusion is detected;
• Only bets placed in specified qualifying games will contribute toward the satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement. Contribution percentages vary by game category and will be disclosed on each promotion's terms page.

All games and betting markets on the Pepsi77 platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are published within each individual game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market prior to participating.

Pepsi77 offers sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other international sports events. All sports bets are final once confirmed. Pepsi77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on events affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to event cancellations, postponements beyond specified timelines, or force majeure events.

Live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack are subject to the real-time decisions of the dealer and are governed by the rules displayed within each live game lobby. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, Pepsi77 will use server-side logs to determine the outcome of any bet that was confirmed prior to the disconnection.

Pepsi77 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming outcome that was the result of a palpable error (including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, incorrect odds lines, technical malfunctions, or display glitches). In such cases, all affected stakes will be returned to the relevant Member's Account Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pepsi77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information in sports betting markets;
• Colluding with other Members in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or pricing errors to gain an artificial financial advantage;
• Conducting transactions using funds derived from criminal or illegal activity (money laundering);
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same promotional offer more than once (bonus abuse);
• Registering an Account using false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the technical infrastructure of the Pepsi77 platform.

All content available on the Pepsi77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Pepsi77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of Pepsi77.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, sale, republication, or creation of derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of Pepsi77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pepsi77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Pepsi77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pepsi77 reserves the right to suspend access to the platform for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or any other operational reason without prior notice.

Pepsi77 accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a Member's reliance on information contained on third-party websites that may be linked to or referenced from the platform.

Pepsi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms, Pepsi77 will endeavour to notify Members via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

Pepsi77 also reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any game, market, promotion, or feature on the platform at any time without prior notice or liability to any Member.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international laws governing online gaming and digital commerce. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being formally raised in writing to Pepsi77's customer support team, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Pepsi77's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account suspension, or platform access is final, unless overturned through the formal dispute resolution process described above. Members are advised to retain records of all transactions, communications, and gaming sessions for the purposes of any potential dispute.
